1ISOLUTION LLC provides terrestrial fixed wireless Internet access service, Wi-Fi, and Fiber optic service limited to our coverage area. This document covers the provisioning and management of those services.
1ISOLUTION LLC maintains an open internet policy for its customers. This document summarizes 1ISOLUTION’s network management practices along with the performance characteristics and commercial terms of the broadband internet access service we offers to our customers. This document does nothing that changes your rights and obligations or 1ISOLUTION’s rights and obligations under the terms of service associated with applicable products and services each customer subscribes to or to 1ISOLUTION’s Acceptable Use Policy or Privacy Policy. The information in this document is provided for informational purposes only and may be changed at any time without prior notice.
Network Management Practices
Traffic Throttling: 1ISOLUTION does not engage in throttling of the internet traffic over its network, except for in flow control for all traffic destined to a given customer, in accordance with the speed of package selected by the customer.
Common package speed and throttling rules are listed below.

Business fixed wireless
Business plans do not have data limits. These plans are strictly for business addresses and are intended for primary usage between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM CST Monday through Friday.
